I booked an a double room for 1 night and had a comfortable stay. There were a microwave oven, coffee/tea making facilities, and a refrigerator. Location: the hotel was short walk to closest metro, many restaurants and bars, and `` Marques de Pombal '' Square. Ate at Mcdonald's, it's at a medium distance from the venue;)))

The hotel is well priced and peaceful. the room was clean and had a big cupboard, a kettle, and a comfortable bed. the hotel is centrally located, right by the square and local bakeries. the food options were good with a variety of meals to choose from. Overall, the experience was perfectly pleasant.

Helpful staff OK location in proximity of three subway lines Spacious rooms - sufficient space for babycot Babychair available at breakfast
Breakfast was a bit disappointing. In a 4 star hotel you would not expect machine brewed coffee.

The room/apartment is very large, as described on the website. The beds and pillows are very comfortable. The right bathroom. There is a garage at a moderate price (9 ? 24 hours, although I could park nearby because it was a weekend). It is 5 minutes from the Marqués de Pombal square where there is a metro stop. We were very comfortable. But it needs some updating and improvements. The cabinets and furniture in general were neglected. The carpet and curtains are also a bit old. The corridors of the rooms do not correspond to a 4*. I didn't use the breakfast. In the Marques de Pombal sq. there is a nice and well priced cafeteria. WIFI good, although it failed at some point. I didn't use the kitchen, but I think the automatic went off.
The staff is correct, but nothing nice or shows any interest. In our case they were unhelpful and you had to insist on getting your questions answered. The pool wasn't working. Little kitchen equipment. The air conditioning is very noisy. When we said it, they answered that they already knew, and that it was normal. The curtains in our room didn't leave the room in the dark. There was a lot of light coming in in the mornings

The comfort level and professional quality of the staff exceeded our expectations. The spacious and clean rooms were a pleasant surprise. The helpful desk staff went above and beyond with recommendations and directions. The central location and proximity to the metro made exploring the city easy. We felt safe in the neighborhood and enjoyed the vibrant atmosphere nearby. The included breakfast had a great variety of options. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the city.

Not far from metro stop of Marques de Pombal the aparthotel has a large airy hall with separate breakfast room. Daily room cleaning is included. Very small swimming pool and solarium with sauna. You can walk to the centre in 20 minutes. Mini markets are close. It is the right choice if you don't care for the basic kitchen.
The apartment didn't deserve the 4 stars the aparthotel displays at the entrance. It showed its age having basic furniture with a not comfortable sofa bed for the third guest, old fitted carpet and an old TV. The very small and basic kitchenette was hidden by a sliding door on a side of the room. Only two electric plates and sink, no oven, no microwave oven, no coffee machine or water boiler, nothing else. The fridge was so small that could contain not more than few cans of soft drinks. The kitchen kit (plates, cups and pans) had to be asked at the reception. Even this kit was very basic. You don't expect such a basic kitchen in a 4 stars aparthotel. Internet is not free. To conclude just 3 stars not the promised 4.

The location is good, near to a metro station and a bus rest. The have a outside swimming pool at 12th level where we could see the city of Lisbon and enjoy the sunshine. The stuff of hotel could also offer the city maps and tell where to see and how to go there, quite useful.
The inner decoration seems very old and doesn't look like a 4 star hotel. They don't have an airport shuttle, if you need to go to airport early in the morning, that would be a problem. The frigo is empty and a 33cl bottle of water costs 2.25e meanwhile in the supermarket nearby it is only 0.1e.

The location was on point, just a short hop to Bela Vista Park and Parque das Nacoes Marina. We had a blast exploring the area, checking out the sick views from Portas do Sol Viewpoint and chilling at the park. It was all about the vibes, man!
If I had to ask for one thing, it would be better nightlife options for us young party animals. We wanted to turn up and have a wild time, but the hotel didn't offer much in terms of late-night fun.
